I am aware that during my visit to Camp Judah, located at Abundant Life - The House of Mercy and its grounds, including all areas of the FLC, Abundant Life - The House of Mercy, Recreational Areas, and all other buildings and facilities used during participation of activities at Camp Judah 2022 could cause certain risks and/or dangers. Considering my voluntary election to attend Camp Judah 2022, I do hereby assume all risks and to the fullest extent permitted by law, do hereby agree to hold harmless Camp Judah 2022 and Abundant Life - The House of Mercy from and against any and all personal injury, causes of action, losses, cost, liability, actions, debts, claims, dangers, expenses and demands of every kind and nature whatsoever which I now have or which may arise from or in connection with my presence or participation in any activities arranged for me at Camp Judah 2022.

This agreement shall be binding upon me, my heirs, executors and administrators. My presence and participation in any activities at Camp Judah 2022 is completely voluntary.
